Donation Refund Policy
Shri Dakshinamoorthy Education Foundation is committed to maintaining
fairness, transparency, and accountability in all donation-related transactions.
We request all donors to exercise due care and verify details
before making contributions through our website or payment channels.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests will be considered only under the following circumstances:

Technical Error:
Duplicate transactions or accidental multiple charges caused by payment gateway or system issues.

Erroneous Amount:
A clearly incorrect donation amount entered unintentionally during the transaction process.
Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be processed once an
80G Tax Exemption Certificate has been generated or issued.

Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after making the donation
- Disagreement regarding fund allocation or utilization
Donations made towards charitable and educational initiatives are treated as voluntary contributions.
Refund Timeline & Process

Request Window:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within
7 days from the date of the transaction.

Processing Time:
Once approved, the refund amount will be credited back to the
original payment source account within
5-7 business days.

Deductions:
Payment gateway charges, processing fees, or taxes
(approximately 2-3%) deducted during the transaction
may be adjusted from the refund amount.
